Liked: Breakfast , location.
Disliked: The room was dirty.. not vacuumed , tops of furniture was not cleaned (sticky), dust everywhere, dead lady bugs and spiders, dirty mirrors. 1 bath towel 1 face cloth 1 hand towel. Garbage pails had no bags and had melted candy in them. Part of the Curtains were off the track. I had to moved to new room and had same amount of towels.. dirty mirrors and dusty. Handicapped accessible room both times. I was moved but it wasn’t much of an improvement

Liked: Breakfast. The bed wasComfortable. There was dust around in the room because it is a new hotel and some construction dust was still in the radiator. I did appreciate the room being available because I had a long evening ride from Raleigh to Fairmont. I stopped over.
Disliked: Construction dust.

Liked: Tanika, front desk staff member, was very friendly and helpful. She saw to it that i got a room on the quiet side when i told her that the room I had last week had a lot of road noise.Room was spacious and bathroom was clean.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Room was close to highway and road noise was very loud until after midnight. Heater was also very noisy and combined with the road noise made sleeping difficult. Hopefully there are rooms away from the highway side of the hotel that are quiet. I intend to stay at this hotel on my return trip.

Would return only to renovated...

Liked: Breakfast area has been renovated and is airy and bright
Disliked: High pet fee not on website. Surprise! Our room had not yet been renovated - and it needed renovation desperately. Cracked tile, old bathroom fixtures. Hotel says it is under further renovation. However, why I am asked to pay full price for unrenovated room.
