Like the hotel not pleased...

Liked: Was on 2nd floor. Cigarette smoke in hall and our room. Clothes smelled like it. This was our third time. Very disappointed. Caused sinus and headaches.

Pleasant stay; would consider staying...

Liked: Property was clean and staff were nice and accommodating. Shampoo, hair dryer etc in the rooms was appreciated.
Disliked: Beds were too firm Price was extremely high

Poor management from the general...

Liked: I enjoyed it
Disliked: I was locked out of my room due to key malfunction and when requested compensation, I was denied. Filed a compliant and nothing or no one got back to me.
