Liked: We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked nice.
Disliked: The shower was narrow and prefab - the only finishings that looked cheap.

Stop allowing multiple large groups...

Liked: The hotel and staff were very nice, except for the woman who checked us in.
Disliked: The hotel was full of kids who pounded on doors, slammed doors and screamed all night. We could not sleep. Also, since we were driving 12 hours and knew we’d get there late, I called the night before and asked for a late checkout. I was told I had to wait to ask until we got there. When I did, the woman said all late check-outs had been granted and she had no authority to grant more, which was a lie, because when I told her I’d called the night before and was told I had to wait, she granted us an extra hour. Which we needed since we couldn’t sleep all night. It was a TERRIBLE stay.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. The evening and weekend l was amazing and worked hated to olve issues left for them. Dn
Disliked: Management. The manager would tell guests they could have late check outs and not communicate with her staff
