Exceptional

I will not go back...

Liked: Friendliness of the staff
Disliked: We tried to get maintenance come to the room from the day we got there. The refrigerator in our room made a lot of noise and kept us up at night. We told them this and no one ever fixed it so the three nights that we were there we had a kid getting woken up by the stupid refrigerator. The morning breakfast was extremely lacking. I stayed at one of your hotels in upstate New York Verona and the breakfast was so much nicer. I don’t know why they’re not the same

Disliked: Housekeeping was terrible. No tissues, didn’t refill body wash..empty for 3 days. Pillows were lumpy.

Liked: The property as a whole was great. HOWEVER I live paycheck to paycheck. I splurged for a friend’s birthday and it has now been a full 4 weeks since I checked out (4 weeks and 2 days since check in) and while the room charge is no longer pending I am STILL waiting for $200 to be credited back to my account as the transaction is still pending.
Disliked: Upon contacting the hotel about my $200 that had been held for over three weeks (at the time of the call) I was reassured I would have my $200 “very soon” and now, a week later, here I sit still waiting.

Superb

Liked: The room was nice and big.. I liked that the shower had sliding door and not the shower curtain like most hotels have... Love the whirlpool ... The breakfast was amazing
Disliked: I didn't like the price it was a little expensive.. and the cable went out so they was no watching TV.. and apparently front end desk attendant last night (March 11th )was very rude about it ... The pool needs to be more heated

Liked: The hotel was newly renovated and you could tell. The front desk worker the night we checked in was super nice and helpful.
Disliked: We asked for a late check out, due to a soccer tournament. The girl working Friday night just told us, that’s not a problem, just talk to the lady in the morning. We did this and her response was, as soon as housekeeping gets here, we can ask and it shouldn’t be a problem. When we returned from our first game, right after we were told to check back, the lady working (someone different) just told my husband, “we don’t do that here”. This was one of the reasons we booked a night here because I called, we told to just talk to them when we got there and it won’t be a problem, to being told “it’s not something we do”. I feel like they should be on the same page.
