I was a wonderful hotel...

Liked: Great location in a safe, nice neighborhood. Good selection of restaurant options and shopping close by.
Disliked: Nothing. I have no complaints about the location or hotel at all.

We were very pleased with our stay at your hotel overall, and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Liked: We only had breakfast the first morning. I was mostly happy with it, and the biscuits were especially delicious. I thought the variety of toppings available for oatmeal, waffles, and hot chocolate/coffee were excellent, and it was refreshing to have a fruit salad rather than just some whole apples or oranges in a basket. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Also, kudos to you for offering toiletries that are free of Sulfates, Parabens, and Phthalates! I also really appreciate you providing a night light in the bathroom. I usually bring my own but forgot to this time. Oh, and whatever you have going on in the toilet tank is pretty epic - such a powerful flush!
Disliked: A few minor negatives about the breakfast - the sausage gravy wasn't quite what I expected. Also my husband likes to have eggs on a breakfast bar, but without anything like vegetables in them as these did, so he made do with other foods. The A/C blower is quite powerful, blowing all the way across the room and onto the bed, and while some people love that, it was uncomfortable for me as cold air hitting me aggravates my arthritis.

Liked: Very friendly, pool access.
Disliked: The beds. The beds were horrible. I have very bad back issues and that was very hard to sleep on. I would probably invest in upgrading mattresses.

Liked: We thought the facility and the location was perfect for us. Very close to my family, shopping and entertainment. Breakfast was great, loved all the choices. Coffee was excellent. The Staff was amazingly friendly! Don't often see that up "North." Our room was very spacious and comfortable! Thank you!!
Disliked: Small detail: I prefer individual soaps in addition to the shower gel. Maybe offer both to your guests. I liked the pet treats on the counter, maybe have treats for guests, too. Thank you!
