The hotel serves its purpose
Liked: Clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast.
Disliked: The heat in my room wouldn’t go off when it reached the desirable temp, so it would get extremely hot. I had to sleep with the heat off.

friendly, welcoming staff, great room...
Liked: The concierge on duty when we arrived went above and beyond--she had homemade cookies available, and she was so warm and welcoming. All the rest of the staff were really pleasant too, and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing--we were 100% satisfied.

I love the Hampton Inn...
Liked: Location, free breakfast,
Disliked: Stayed in a room on the lower level, visible extension cords laying under the furniture, seemed unsafe and unsightly. Freezing cold air blowing in under the A/C unit. Door hardware missing screws

Really bad except for the...
Disliked: I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because of a faulty fire alarm battery that was beeping and speaking. It was in the next room I believe and there was no way I could have slept with that happening. I called the desk. There was no maintenance person present so the man at the desk found me another room. I had to pack everything up and move at 12;30 am. The new room was directly across from the elevator so very early in the morning people were walking by and talking and the elevator bell was dinging. In general the hotel seems in need of a renovation as it is very shabby and run down, in my opinion.
