Liked: Location and hotel would have been fine minus the problem with bed bugs.
Disliked: Very poor response from staff regarding the problem we had. Front desk help ended up telling me about his personal problem vs dealing with mine. Daughter discovered bed bugs all over her around 1:30am. I had to clean her items, move her into my room with my wife and change my room. Would have been ok, BUT I had to work way too hard to get the problem acknowledged. No effort to apologize or handle my bill until I pursued for quite a while. I was told that I don't have the authority to do anything. Corporate does. Never heard from corporate. Room ultimately got comp'd. I'll stay at Hamptons again because my stays are typically fine. Just a very poor response here. No extra effort on your part to recognize the problem, or I would have just said thank you for taking care of it. Left a cup full of bed bugs for them because it felt as if they believed I made it up. They had to prove it, which maintenance did. They dismantled the room the next morning and maintenance did apologize and told me the problem was very bad. I was still left with the bill of my daughter belongings which are still tied in a garbage bag for me to bring to a laundromat since she doesn't want me to dispose of her things. Had to buy new clothes for her to wear to the function we were in town for since hers weren't suitable for use.

Overall stay was great!

It was a nice stay

Liked: It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: We didn’t like the breakfast very well. The eggs and potatoes wasn’t very warm and not seasoned at all. I ended up just eating cereal.
