Liked: Myra receptionist was fantastic. Highly rated experience with her.
Disliked: Carpets need upgrading in Hampton Hotels.

The staff was friendly and...

Liked: The variety of food was good. A lot of choices.could of had microwave available to heat food in the dining area.
Disliked: The room was ice cold, the thermostat wasn’t working properly

Liked: My reservation was made through booking.com. I ask to modify the reservation to a future date or for credit for a future stay and neither the hotel or booking.com would help me. Each entity pointed a finger at the other when ask for help. Very poor customer service.
