Liked: The hotel is cosy and clean, the staff were helpful and very friendly
Disliked: The pool was closed and since I was visiting in winter, it felt like it wasn't walkable anywhere

Disliked: everything, i booked a room online with my koho and when i got there they said they dont use koho even though its a credit card probably seen i was native and didnt want me staying there but they took over 500$ from my credit card for cancellation fee and some other free other almost 300$ each me and my 3 kids had to go hottel seaching late at night because they lied online saying i could use koho and when i got there wouldnt let me even try...... I DISLIKE HAMTPTON IN AND I WILL FOREVER GIVE BAD REVIEW EVERY CHANCE I GET YOU GUYS ROBBED ME CLEANNNN

Very good facilities but noise...

Liked: The location was good and the lobby breakfast area was lovely.
Disliked: The curtains did not close all the way so there was a crack of bright light in the morning. Also, the doors are extremely loud, shaking the room every time someone closed a door anywhere along the hall.

Excellent, clean and modern facilities

Liked: Everything was very clean, new, comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, nice little touches like a nightlight in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the fitness centre. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There is a restaurant just across the Medway, but it would have been nice to have a hotel option as well. Plenty of restaurants in town a short drive away.
