Liked: I had a wonderful stay the staff was friendly the bed was comfortable quiet the airport shuttle was wonderful no stress
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like

Definitely would not recommend or...

Liked: For the price of the room, did not meet the quality of the room. Smelt like mold. Bathtub was disgusting.
Disliked: The price for what the state of the room and even the hotel itself. The elevator was broken

Liked: The breakfast at this Hampton was the best I've had in a hotel in a long time, the service and wait staff were excellent!
Disliked: The housecleaning should be done the next morning after the first check-in night.

I would stay again but...

Liked: Location to airport is great. Walking distance but no sidewalk and no light for crossing busy road. They do have a courtesy shuttle. Only two restaurants close by. Waffle house and Monkhouse seafood. I walked to monkhouse seafood as hotel staff said ‘it should be ok’. Woman at monkhouse seafood would not let me walk back. Area is NOT nice. Hotel staff and driver very nice and friendly
Disliked: The rooms are tired. This place is in need of a makeover. Area is bad but convenient.

Liked: Everything was great. Staff was very attentive. The Breakfast as always with Hampton Inn, Great! Thank you Shreveport.
