Friendly, helpful staff, nice hotel.

Liked: It was really clean and the staff was really friendly and nice.
Disliked: I wish the breakfast was served until 10, we couldn't make it by 9am most of the time.

Disliked: The only soap was liquid hand soap attached to the wall so taking shower had to bring handful to shower and theshower was odd as the water flows into the main bathroom making everything wet

Pleasant and comfortable

Liked: The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of towels. I usually have to ask for me when we stay in a motel.
Disliked: The breakfast was missing a few items. There was no waffle mix and the OJ machine was broken.

Disliked: Upon arrival lack of information and hurried check in process, ie., no explanation of location of the elevators and or that breakfast was offered. Hard to get luggage cart into room to unloadStaff sick, coughing at deskBreakfast poor and choices slim to none, all cold even the hot entreesServing hours for breakfast way early and not late enough t accommodate check out time Difficult access to property from Highway
