Normally a great experience, not...

Liked: Location was great. Room was nice and very clean.
Disliked: Elevators were not working and I had to use the stairs going to and coming back from breakfast. I’m 70 with bad knees. Was not a good experience. Breakfast was out of food (eggs, biscuits, grits were like a brick)

Terrible experience

Disliked: Road noise made it impossible to sleep. Undisclosed excessive pet fee of $75, found out after check-in. Supposedly pet-friendly room was on the 4th floor and forced us to use the elevator as my pet is recovering from knee surgery.

A lot of street noise...

Liked: The room was very large, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I had requested a handicap room with a roll in shower, but From the description of that room, it was on the second floor and it sounded like quite a ways away from the elevator. I was told the room that I chose also had a roll in shower, but it didn’t. And no safety bars so I was unable to shower or bathe. The furniture, except for the bed was very very uncomfortable.
