Disliked: The staff was very rude. Her name is Misty. Very very rude. Does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. Tried to charge my daughter $12.99 to eat breakfast!

Liked: Breakfast exceeded my expectations, so many options it was excellent! Bed was so comfy, everything was clean, I really liked the Welcome Diane on the TV, nice added touch! Staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Honestly, I am unable to come up with anything.

I just stayed one night...

Disliked: The only thing that could have been better would have been a nicer sized refrigerator. I always travel with a cooler and cold packs. In the very small refrigerator in our room there wasn't a freezer space and the cold space had no shelves. I had to resort to many trips to the ice machine for ice. That amenity was subpar for the price of the room.
