Disliked: Our room had a very big water spot in the ceiling and my wife could smell some mildew

Liked: The breakfast was great. Whoever works that is very good. And one front desk lady she was very sweet. The room was clean.
Disliked: Everything else. The staff,minus breakfast, and one night desk clerk lady. The hallways were obnoxiously perfumed. It about chokes you. The desk manager Dave is horribly rude. The cleaning staff go through your things. The pool is absolutely freezing. The hot tub didn't work the whole stay. Apparently hasn't for almost a year now. The entire hotel has one washer and one dryer for the whole hotel. It took us three days at 1030 one night to finally catch the washer free.They tried to charge us for smoking which had not. It did result in a refund after 3 days of argument with corporate. Finally a very sweet district sales manager acknowledged their mistake and refunded us.

Liked: Nothing. We waited for be checked in for 25 minutes no one came to the front desk while you could hear them in the back all talking and complaint of guests. We walked out after waiting for so long to be checked in and that’s when someone in the back finally saw us but at that time it was too late.
