Disappointing

Liked: Clean rooms and parking, that was great
Disliked: Called and asked if we could check in early,if our room was ready, they said Yes,but it would cost an additional $80,sorry was just going to drop off our luggage before spending time with our family ,never got charged xtra if room was ready,very disappointed
