Liked: The hotel is the best! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Wasted Words at the theater was incredible.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Nope.

We have stayed several times and have always had quick check in, a great room, and I really enjoy the breakfast in the morning. My husband was excited to make his own waffle - he doesn't get them at home very often so it was a treat.

Liked: Rooms are bigger and the bed was very comfortable; also very quiet - we never heard our neighbors.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms; excellent staff; great breakfast. Will return!

Liked: Breakfast staff service provided by servers ADELA and Sonia were exceptional
Disliked: Downtown location Management's handling of the double erroneous booking of my stay with the downtown and Everett locations. After many phone calls and explanations as per the nature of the erroneous booking the downtown location refused to cancel my reservation and transfer payment to the Everett location

Overall for the money this...

Liked: I liked the big room, the balcony was a nice treat. Very good breakfast! Nice shower! The front desk staff was very nice.
Disliked: The pillows are small and flat. The bed is hard. I didn't sleep well. The toilet didn't flush well enough, had to borrow a plunger from the front desk clerk. She was very nice about it.
