Liked: The hotel is the best! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Wasted Words at the theater was incredible.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Nice and clean. Close to venue. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Nope.

We have stayed several times and have always had quick check in, a great room, and I really enjoy the breakfast in the morning. My husband was excited to make his own waffle - he doesn't get them at home very often so it was a treat.

Liked: Rooms are bigger and the bed was very comfortable; also very quiet - we never heard our neighbors.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms; excellent staff; great breakfast. Will return!

Nice hotel and staff, but...

Liked: Desk staff was very kind and helpful. Having a secure parking garage was comforting as well.
Disliked: Our TV remote did not work. We took it down to the front desk to have it replaced and the replacement one also did not work. We gave up and could not use the TV.When we went to have breakfast in the morning, there was zero coffee available at the buffet or in the lobby.

Disliked: pool could of been cleaner and the night we went swimming and the next day there were no towels in the pool room....Are check out was at 12 pm. We were like 10 min. past and a guy was knocking on the door telling us we needed to leave. Was not very friendly and I could deal with the being few minutes late with check out at the front desk.
