Liked: The hotel is the best! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Wasted Words at the theater was incredible.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Nice and clean. Close to venue. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Nope.

We have stayed several times and have always had quick check in, a great room, and I really enjoy the breakfast in the morning. My husband was excited to make his own waffle - he doesn't get them at home very often so it was a treat.

Liked: Rooms are bigger and the bed was very comfortable; also very quiet - we never heard our neighbors.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms; excellent staff; great breakfast. Will return!

Overall was a good place...

Liked: We liked the variety of and quality of the breakfast. We like the large room and water view. The staff was fast and friendly. Parking was good. We would stay here again.
Disliked: The pillows are flat. I had to ask for two more. The pillows at the Port Gardner Inn, in Everett, WA are ones you could check out. I like them the best. The toilet is low. The light in the room is dim. Currently you have compact florescent bulbs, LED bulbs would be brighter.

The facility was fine.

Liked: Hospitality and breakfast.
Disliked: The heater in the room was pathetic. It took hours to heat from mid 60s to 70. The host decaf coffee was cold.
