Liked: The hotel is the best! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Wasted Words at the theater was incredible.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Nice and clean. Close to venue. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Nope.

We have stayed several times and have always had quick check in, a great room, and I really enjoy the breakfast in the morning. My husband was excited to make his own waffle - he doesn't get them at home very often so it was a treat.

Liked: Rooms are bigger and the bed was very comfortable; also very quiet - we never heard our neighbors.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms; excellent staff; great breakfast. Will return!

Customer service lacks

Disliked: The room was ok, staff was ok, experience was nothing any other place can't offer. What I'm really upset about is being charged for 2 rooms! One charge was perfectly ok, but the second one came out of nowhere. The front desk didint even let me know I was going to be charged for second room, I had to look at my bank account to find out. I had canceled said room with more than enough time and its not fair. I can't get a hold of anyone who can help me either. Front desk couldn't do anything. I left an email with yet anyone to reply. I even left the manager a voice-mail and they have yet to respond. I feel like I'm going around in circles at this point and it's so frustrating to not get any help or a reply. I'd give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest you can go. Customer service is ridiculous.

Disliked: I did get my room cleaned daily. I only wanted fresh towels, considering I'm disabled and the shower seat was slippery. I had to use more towels

Disliked: the property doesn’t have adequate parking for guests and our vehicle was keyed in their parking garage!! They must allow dogs cause we heard barking dogs our whole stay
