Liked: The breakfast was very good, some of the furniture was a little tipsy and needed to be adjusted and also the cleanliness of the fabric should be attended to. The staff we met was buying large, very friendly and helpful. What didn’t you like
Disliked: The shower accommodations in the room labeled for handicap. Use was not as safe as it could be with associated handrails and so forth. The sink is very small and the counter adjacent to the sink bowl is very small. The cockroach on the floor exiting our bathroom was not especially appreciated either!!

Great for travel through, good...

Liked: We were on travel through to a next location, but liked that the hotel was close to major highway, restaurants for our stopover. Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet, rooms were spaceous.
Disliked: The matrass was quite hard for all of us but ok for 1 night. The breakfast could have had a bit more options eg cheese, meat cuts, boiled eggs

Disliked: Poor breakfast. The very basic. Stayed in a Virginia Hampton Inn the next night breakfast with a much better variety. This one didn’t even have a refrigerator for the yogurt.

Disliked: The staff when we checked a Barb was very rude. She said I had a king bed booked I said I thought I had booked 2 beds . She said you have booked thru booking. Com there isn’t I can do fur you . She didn’t even look. The Shanna that was there with her had a rude disposition also . I will not stay at Hampton Inn again I usually stay at Hampton In Elkins West Virginia and they are so friendly . We asked if there were linens for the pull out sofa she said yes but the pillow was horrible the blanket looked very old . There were only two towels in the room. It was not a good experience. Then she acted like it was crime that I had booked thru booking . Com . Like if you book thru them sorry for your luck. She got so rude I asked Comfurt Suites has availability I would rather stay there she said your room is no refundable. You need new staff at checkin . They were rude and acted like they didn’t want to give me the time of day!
