Disliked: The cleanliness of the room. There was pet hair all over the sofa and the carpeting. I informed hotel staff unfortunately it appeared to be a language issue so I just covered the sofa after attempting to clean myself . More attention needs to be taken, especially when you allow animals in the facility. Some people have health issues which can be affected.

Liked: Property was in a great location and clean.
Disliked: Some sales guy employed by hotel came into our room twice by mistake wanting to show it to someone? He apologized and said he thought it was empty. Then our keys wouldn’t work and we had to go back to main desk to re do them. Then our air conditioning wouldn’t come on because thermostat was in need of batteries. We had to wait for maintenance.

Liked: Great full breakfast got longer hours than most hotels. Clean, pretty quiet for most part, VERY friendly staff. Small bar in lobby, walkable historic district location. 45.00 per night to park is too high, oo feel. Would be nice if there was a tip only trolly service like they have in Siesta Key Florida!!
