Lovely enjoyed the snow !

Liked: Every thing was lovely here we even stayed longer because it was so pleasant great breakfast too! Nice employees great fireplace!
Disliked: It was great no complaints!

Liked: Clean and courteous are the two words I have. Staff went out of their way to help!
Disliked: Improve the ingredients use in their breakfast for those with dietary restrictions.

It was wonderful, we would...

Liked: The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond.
Disliked: The pool water was a tad chilly, and the hot tub jets were not working.

Liked: Nice place.
Disliked: The room above us was noisy. It sounded like they were jumping up and down on the floor. I complained and nothing was done.
