Liked: Check-in was awesome - Jordan is AMAZING! Jordan and the heated indoor pool are the 2 reasons we will RETURN! The entire property is very clean - my kind of CLEAN! The rooms are as shown in the pictures & were ready before check-in - always a PLUS!
Disliked: Wi-fi is a little slow

The staff was very nice...

Liked: Staff was very helpful when we could not check in because Bookings.com reservation was not showing up at the hotel. Hotel staff could not find our reservation in their system. We tried for over an hour. And ended up having to use an alternate payment to get a room.
Disliked: The fact that we still had to wait to have Bookings.com try to figure out why the hotel was not receiving their emails. And that we still had to pay. Although I had already paid through bookings.com.

Affordable luxury in the heart...

Liked: The room was spacious and had a ‘blackout’ blind - perfect for making sleeping very peaceful. The facilities inside the room were excellent. The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: (1) The distribution of temperature throughout the room wasn’t ideal - possibly an issue with the AC.(2) The car parking process needs to be streamlined - the last thing you want as a tired traveller is to check-in and then have to return to your car to put the parking pass on the dashboard!

Great stay! Good staff.

Liked: Interacted with various staff- Sophie, Sacha, Nate. All incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Convenient location.
Disliked: Some elements are outdated, and the elevator door had a hard time opening. This is not the hotel’s fault, but the nearby area also seemed to lead to some more sketchy characters around, but the hotel premises itself felt safe and comfortable.
