Disliked: Everytime we have stayed there our reservations have been messed up: wrong room, delay in preparing room, no wi-fi, etc.

Liked: It’s very clean. Bathroom was awesome. Room temp was perfect. Lots of cool stuff offered for breakfast! Pizza right across the street!
Disliked: Room was a bit small. But still good. Street noise was not the best but location was great! Lady at the front desk seemed uninterested in her job.

Room fine, but staff not...

Liked: Got that at 9:50. Staff rudely closed doors a few minutes after 10:00am with food still in toaster unable to retrieve.
Disliked: Evening staff seemed almost in a coma
