Good location, nice staff, breakfast...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the heating/cooling equipment was easy to use & quiet. Sheets & towels were lovely. The location was very close to the hospital and many food options.
Disliked: We couldn't turn on the TV. We had enough gossip to keep us busy however. Most of the room was clean but the floor in the bathroom needs a good scrub. There is ground-in dirt that just a wipe down is not going to get out.

We have stayed at this...

Liked: Friendly front desk person and friendly breakfast ladiesNice lobbybreakfast area is clean
Disliked: The hotel is starting to look shabby. Some areas the wallpaper is peeling off.The elevator door is dirty and scratched.The bathrooms have layer upon layer of grout in many areas and some areas in the bathrooms have peeling wallpaper.Some tiles are broken.
