Liked: Breakfast was very acceptable.
Disliked: Staff at front desk did not provide water bottles as a courtesy. Instead, they wanted to charge us because we booked through Booking.com instead of Hilton/Hampton Inn directly. We thought that to be very unfriendly for a four night booking.

Liked: Clean room, no bugs, well working heat&cooling system, comfortable bed, easy to hook up to the apps offered on the tv, housekeepers were awesome, the quality shampoo,conditioner, body wash,& lotion dispensers in room complimentary of the hotel. Delicious breakfast hot and cold options free to all guests every morning.
Disliked: Didn’t like how the walls weren’t sound proof, you can hear your neighbors easily. There wasn’t a pool or jacuzzi however there was a small gym. The dryer stopped working when I already used the washer so my clothes were wet couldn’t dry them however, the front desk staff reimburse me for the money that I put in the dryer, trying to work it.

Liked: First of all my wife had made reservations and they really gave me hard time at checking in time. And there was a homeless camp across the street that did not let me sleep all night
