Liked: The pool, the breakfast, the room. And they let me check in early.

Liked: Everytime I book with your Website at Booking.com when I arrive to the Hotel itself I always get the worst rooms. This last stay they gave me a room next to the Freeway, so I'm able to hear all the Traffic Noise for the past two nights. Please make sure that they provide me with a Better room next time. Thank You!

Disappointing

Liked: The only thing we liked was that the room was clean. Thank you cleaning staff.
Disliked: Everything else. The check in took 30 mins just to check in!! There was a line of 4 people and slow system issues which is what the check in clerk kept saying. Then there was no handicap parking for my disabled husband so we had to park upstairs and he had to dangerously walk down stairs to get to the hotel and inconveniently walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to walk to the only elevator in the hotel to walk back down the hallway to our room. Then when we finally opened the door to our room it wasn’t as advertised. Room was smaller than expected making it a different time for my husband to maneuver. Long story short, I won’t be staying here again. Unsafe and really just a disappointment for the Hilton name. I have never had a problem with this hotel before this. Just a shame.
