Disliked: The Breakfast. The only real thing in the breakfast were the oranges. Nothing else. The „chicken patties“ were not from chicken- fake! The „scrambled eggs“ were fake! Not eggs! No taste! We were expecting more better breakfast for the price of the hotel night. There are NO trash cans in front of the hotel, no inside, no nearby. The housekeeping is after the 4th day of stay! This is ridiculous! There only 2 baggage carts for the entire hotel! This is such an inconvenience for all guests! We travel a lot. We have stayed at so many Hotels, at Hampton by Hilton as well all over the world. This particular property was different: the low quality breakfast, the missing trash cans, the missing daily housekeeping service.

Liked: Proximity to an event & FD customer service at check in. Cleanliness of room.
Disliked: If you serve breakfast from 6 to 9 and a guest arrives at 8:30am, there should be fresh hot coffee. There should be juices in the juice machine. There should be bread to make toast and there should be an ample amount of scrambled eggs and or bacon or sausage patties, as well as adequate room to sit down at a table. Staffing should be 2 persons at minimum. Customer service training crucial.

Liked: I stayed here before..it’s good ..the room is clean,their complimentary breakfast is awesome & their 24HR tea service are awesome..eventually I dislike their closet space so I left too many things in my room..also they can keep it for me at a specific time like one month ..
