Disliked: San Angelo has 2 hotels with indoor pools so we picked this one because we’ve stayed at many Hampton Hotels. Well, we were extremely disappointed with the pool. The water was ice cold so we had to find other things for our kids to do that wasn’t in our plan. We Will never stay there again or any possibly no other Hampton.

Liked: The staff was amazingly friendly! Especially the lovely lady in the breakfast room.
Disliked: More soap and shampoo in the room would have been nice.

Liked: Room was pleasant and quit. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was not worth bothering with. Food was cold and dry. Staff was not very friendly.

Disliked: The hall smelled bad. Our room smelled so bad we couldn't stay. We turned in our keys and left and moved to another hotel. The 4 star rating is wrong and Hilton needs to visit unannounced and visit. I want my money back. I w in will put a rating on the Hilton site.
