Liked: There are several reviews on here that speak to maintenance issues, service at the front desk, cleanliness, etc. While this Inn is older than a lot of the newer places built in the last 20 years it is clean, the toilets, showers, TV’s work. Yes, there was a sign at the front desk that said they had stepped away for a minute but I waited no more than 30 seconds for someone to help me. They carry the standard breakfast fare and continue to cook throughout the morning. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. In short, I experienced none of the negative reviews in my 5 day/6 night stay. So, for the value received I’ll accept things being a little out of date. I will definitely book with them again when I need a place to stay in San Angelo.

Disliked: San Angelo has 2 hotels with indoor pools so we picked this one because we’ve stayed at many Hampton Hotels. Well, we were extremely disappointed with the pool. The water was ice cold so we had to find other things for our kids to do that wasn’t in our plan. We Will never stay there again or any possibly no other Hampton.
