Renovations needed and coming

Disliked: The hotel is in the middle of much needed renovation. Our room had not been renovated yet and had water stains and peeling ceiling. There were small, very hard, square pillows on the bed. We requested something different but none were available.

Liked: The room was functional and the breakfast food was good.
Disliked: The primary concern was that the whirlpool was broke, which was what we had booked for. Aside from that, there was white dust all over the carpets, the fitness center was also not working, the wifi didn’t work, and to top it all off, we were charged twice.

Not worth the price.

Liked: The room was nice-sized, attractive and comfortable.
Disliked: I was surprised and annoyed that though there was a refrigerator, there was no microwave. They had "room service" (ordering out) the was atrociously expensive. I paid over $30 for a very mediocre chicken salad. Another big problem - there was no shower curtain! But it was late and I was tired by the time I noticed, so I showered anyway and got water all over the floor.
