Love Salem great location

Liked: Everything was great about the hotel. The location was ideal. You can walk everywhere but we didn’t because it was so cold out. Staff that worked the breakfast was exceptional. Her name was Jessica. She was really friendly and great with my son and overall very friendly.
Disliked: They probably did not really have any facilities for the dog, even though it was a pet friendly hotel. We expected like a patch of grass outside for the dogs to go to the bathroom, but we had to walk several blocks to find grass. We expected a little more from a pet friendly hotel. Also, some front desk staff were not the friendliest. You would ask them a question and they would give you a one-word answer just overall not the friendliest people, but we did meet some that were so I guess you take what you can get.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Nice central location. Great for walking the area.
Disliked: Only complaint is the limited hit breakfast options. Only one type egg, meat, and potatoes each morning. Everything was good, though!

Liked: Great location, amazing complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: There were no washer/dryer services on the premises. Our room had a weird fried shrimp smell. The window area was wet with condensation.

Disliked: First it's 27.00 a night to park your car. The bed had 2 metal spring sticking through and we could change our room. The heater only blew cold air no heat. The pool deck floor was covered in hair.
