Brilliant hotel, lovely location and...

Liked: Location was brilliant and staff were friendly
Disliked: One of the lifts didn’t seem to work and was locked for most of the day, which made things difficult, also unaware if they did any lunch options on the dining floor. We also did not know about the additional refundable charge per night (think this may have been an incidental charge or parking charge) so this came as a surprise.

Disliked: Why do I have to pay for parking? When I am staying at your hotel? It's not like I am staying at another hotel and parking at yours! I stayed at other Hampton Inns and never paid for parking!!!!
