Frustrating

Disliked: 1) Did not get the handicap room I needed but that was more from the booking than fault of hotel, the hotel could not accommodate further though. 2) one handicap parking spot that was available when others were filled was due to lack of snow shoveling. On second when no parking was available, handicap friendly , called desk from car about unshoveked spot. Family member attempted to break down and clear with feet.

Great place to stay I...

Liked: Breaking and room was very pleasant
Disliked: The shower in my room didn’t work

Great!

Liked: It was a nice clean place. People were nice overall and good stay. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Couple feet of snow (obviously not their fault lol). On a serious note the pool was really cold but the kids got used to it.
