Disliked: Even though we did not have the sign on our door the room was not cleaned.

I loved this hotel! The front desk personnel were friendly, informative, and helpful. Our room was spotless, the bedding clean and comfortable. I usually have problems sleeping but the bed was so comfortable, I actually overslept! I would be happy to stay there again.

Everything broke

Liked: The fridge broke so all of our things in it spoiled. The beds were not comfortable. The hooks in the room were falling off the walls.

Liked: The breakfast met my needs. I appreciated the hot food options.
Disliked: The bread was a little stale so I opted for a bagel which was quite good

Fun family vacation in a...

Liked: Pool was funBreakfast was greatStaff was super friendly.
Disliked: Not enough towels at the poolWe booked 2 king suites and 2 double queens but ended up with 3 queen rooms and only one king suite.Found lipstick in one bed and dental floss in another. Only one elevator was working so it was very slow to move around.
