Liked: Room was big and had plenty of space for family of 5. Plenty of parking. Room amenities were nice. Coffee available 24/7. Room was clean.
Disliked: Dining area was cramped, breakfast was ok. Not many options, and it got very crowded quickly around 8. Staff didnt have great customer service. Family was told we could not get an extra blanket for pull-out. Pool was not very clean, and had a film on it. Microwave in room didn't work well, burnt food unless you stopped it every couple of seconds. Television signal didn't work well, kept cutting in and out, and stopped working entirely at one point.

Disliked: Would have preferred 1/2 and 1/2 for my coffee rather than fake cream.Only offered strong or mild coffee , no medium brew option. Mixing the 2 did not work well.

It was fine. Met expectations....

Liked: It was clean, somewhat updated.
Disliked: We didn’t plan on swimming, but the pool water looked pretty foggy like it hadn’t been cleaned out/emptied for a while.
