Worked well for my needs

Liked: Good location and nice rooms. Hotel has a lot of useful features like a self-serve convenience kiosk in the lobby and microwave in room. The Food Lab is a food hall just on the next block that would of being pretty convenient for quick meals.
Disliked: Sound travels pretty easily, and the doors slam. The parking situation wasn’t ideal. I think there lot is under construction, so you have to park at a lot on the next block. If you’re going in and out a lot, it’s a bit of a hassle.

Really unpleasant. But the breakfast...

Liked: The location was near everything good downtown.
Disliked: Construction was going on all around the hotel. Only valet parking was available. Our room was literally right next to the construction site and we were woken up at 6:10 a.m. to hammers banging and trucks with their backup beeping. The shower leaked loudly and the walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors in the bathroom. Not pleasant. We booked 2 nights and only stayed for one. Really bad.
