Disliked: The cleanliness could be a lot better me and my bf had dirty pillow cases and the bathroom had dirty spots on the walls the water barely got hot overall it’s was a horrible experience never coming back

It could not meet my...

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: The location for pedestrian and solo traveller without car isn't appropriate at all... I was really disappointed with room heating as it wasn't comfortable at all... I complained and at mid night I was asked to change the room with all of my luggage.... that was really distressful especially in mid night ....

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was nice, the towel were very fluffy.
Disliked: They had an issue with the water and it would have been good if they would have told us before we got there. Since we were traveling for leisure we were pretty chill but if it had been for a work appointment, it would have been a deal breaker.

Very poor

Liked: Friendly cleaning staff and 1 good guy at the reception.
Disliked: Unfriendly and cold Manager. Very unhelpful with the checkin which was problematic even though we had prepaid months in advance. We were seated at the reception cold and tired with kids for about 30 minutes trying to clear it up with the most aloof manager I have ever seen. The water was COLD in winter!!!! Bathing was a challenge. Who has coldw water in their bathrooms in WINTER??Instructions said our room would be cleaned every other day but we did see a cleaner for the 3 nights we were there.
