Poor quality materials and lots...
Liked: It was horrible and cleaned up too quickly when snow fall required clearing of car for a funeral. The Chobini yogurt was a good size. Other food was less impressive, cold, etc. It took the woman forever to clean up the food, but she made it unavailable all during that time, although she was busy with what appeared a personal conversation on her earbuds and phone and blocking access to cold cereal etc. that was still available. Weather and local water issues might warrant a little less attention to the rush to get people out of your facility and on the road well prior to check out time dictated by breakfast and clean up in facility. Limited interaction with staff, but desk personnel were nice. Felt that everything about the facility pushed people to leave as I did prior to check out time. Basically provided a place to sleep and heat, which have some merit I suppose. Did not notice dust, but there were items on the floor that indicated a poor job cleaning floors. Towels, etc. appeared clear, but were unused due to water issues that were an area issue, but two bottles of water provided at check-in to others were the only accommodation made. I was able to ask for a bottle and receive one the next morning to heat instant grits in my room when breakfast mostly cleared while I cleared snow from my vehicle. A little logic due to the inconvenience of weather and water issues for customers would have been valued.
Disliked: Price comparable to those viewed after my stay. was not available. Why would a Friday evening be more expensive than a Saturday or Sunday, especially when the facility appeared far less than full. Hotel right next door less expensive and appeared as nice, but I was unaware of location proximity and proximity to funeral. Snow potential was the only reason I selected a stay at your location. Certainly should have been able to secure much nicer accomodation for the rate I paid. I contacted you directly for a better rate than third party and it was more than $50 more a night even with AARP membership. Hotels like yours need to provide rates directly that are less or comparable to third parties. No one likes the rate hikes that come directly from a facility. Then the desk complained about how third party booking submitted the reservation. I was not given two bottles of water as were others. There was a water boil notice, so no discount for being unable to use water. Did not use even though told could shower as nearby restaurant using boiled water in container for hand washing and no sinks use indicated higher standard of concern locally. Also provided hand sanitizer at restaurant. A discount to customers would have been warranted due to the water issue rather than a price even higher than rates after the water notice lifted. The heat did work. Not sure if the annoying lengthy ring of the elevator was an essential, but I would see if it could be less annoying somehow if required and work on the button to the first floor which seemed to need some repair.

Liked: The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were lots of options.
Disliked: They take breakfast down too early, and the shades in the room did not function properly
