Good hotel near airport but...

Liked: Very convenient location for a 5:30 am flight out of Richmond airport. Room was clean. Parking was easy.
Disliked: Way overpriced.

The most comfortable stay ever...

Liked: The handicap rooms are very thoughtfully designed. A loungey sofa designed perfectly for wheelchair transfer, a low desk with a cutout for the multiwheeled (easy steering) desk chair, a memorable black and white high contrast picture helps find the door if you’re a „visual“ reader (the mechanic in our family loved having an old-timey tire pressure gauge on the door). LOTS of floor space, room to maneuver. Easy open closet door with a low hanging bar. Interesting extreme closeup art of flowers. View of trees from the window.
Disliked: The lighting needs to be better in the handicap room. Accent lamps are not enough.

Disliked: Electricity went off Ave they only had a generator for the first floor. No breakfast in the morning and it was on the first floor. Very expensive

Liked: Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Really like that it was near the airport. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Due to a snow storm in RIchmond earlier in week city & county under a boil water alert. Gave 4 bottles of water at check in. No breakfast but even with bottle water in room for coffee this morning coffee machine didn't work. Did have a free shuttle in morning to get to airport
Disliked: friendlier check in staff and with some explanation, . Fortunately my daughter who dropped me off, before next snowstorm made sure I had extra water and did send me with a breakfast snack bag, with a muffin and banana. it had been a trying week Im sure for staff.

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: The bed was way too high for me. I needed a step to get in it. My husband had to pull me in from the opposite side, painful.

Liked: The location is fantastic. I have been coming here weekly for work for 4 weeks now it was a good stay until the week that different teams came for their upcoming tournaments, I was put on the second floor with them it was loud I checked out early I could not get my work done. I came down at 6:30am as always to pick up some breakfast and go through my emails there was no breakfast it was twice the amount of people so there should be some prep for that.
Disliked: There is no prep for those that come every week for work. I understand that this is a business but those that come for work is a steady revenue stream, there should be some thought put into this.
