Disappointing

Liked: The woman making breakfast foods Sunday morning was the best. She was so kind and chatted with us.
Disliked: The reception clerk at the front desk was miserable, the toilet in room backed up, and the room we were moved to, had no heat. She got very annoyed and frustrated Saturday night that she had to find us another room again. She was not pleasant.

Liked: Very convenient to everything we had planned. The staff was very friendly,property was clean, breakfast buffet was excellent.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good. The cook/server was very friendly and anxious to please. A pleasure to work with.
Disliked: The height of the toilet. It was too low. Needs to be comfort level height.

Would not return nor recommend.

Liked: Location was convenient.Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No luggage rack in bedroom. No magnifying mirror in bathroom. Drapes did not close completely to shut out parking lot lights. No paper or pen near phone for notes. My CONFIRMED room given to another guest. Hotel was extremely noisy at all hours, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Etc., etc.

Would not recommend- expect a...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Quiet. Close proximity. Manager called me to let me know I booked the room incorrectly- a huge thank you for seeing that and making sure we had a place to stay 2nd night.
Disliked: I had to plunge the toilet after every flush! Holiday staff at time of our check in - did not know where plunger was. Had to wait until shift change to Get said plunger. Sofa bedding was torn. PS- Hate room layout re: barn door bathroom.
