Disliked: It is easy to miss the hotel so a sign announcing the entrance would help.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful- super friendly staff. One girl at the front desk (during the day shift) was really nice. The others were rude and seemed to be bothered by everything. Our AC broke and they said they didn’t have maintenance to fix it but also no room for us to move to. After a heated conversation, while we were standing on the sideline of our daughter’s soccer game, they gave us a new room but when we returned were told maintenance fixed it. It was just extra hassle and stress when they should have just handled it.
Disliked: The room was not clean. The sheets had stains and spots on them.

Liked: There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom! Many Hamptons lack these and the rooms always feel damp and clammy from shower steam, but not at Wake Forest. Nice breakfast with touches like walnuts and fresh berries to go with cereal. Pleasant, helpful staff; clean, well-designed rooms.
