Worst hotel room I’ve ever...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was horrible. The beds were awful. There was water damage all over the bathroom. A chipped tile cut my daughter’s foot. The shower poured out onto the floor when you showered. This was the most expensive hotel we booked on a road trip home, we stay in 5 others within a span of 13 days. The others were luxurious and cost us much less than this one. This is the worst stay we’ve ever had at a hotel.

Disliked: The parking lot and walkway were not cleared from snow. The front desk couldn’t locate my reservation. People talking loudly in the hallway late at night.

Will stay over & over!

Liked: Everything, and the gym was great! Bed was so cozy!!!
Disliked: Only that we were put in a handicap room and the shower was a little difficult to deal with cause the floor was soaked but not a completely terrible thing.
