Friendly staff

Liked: Toilet in my room would fill up the tank of water even though it wasn’t being flushed and it was very loud. Skylar at front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a nice stay.

Upsetting and disappointingly unhelpful.

Disliked: My brother fell out of a slippy bath, cut his head and was concussed. The staff did not apologise, suggesting it was his fault for not asking for a mat. Its absence was explained by “ guests steal them”Skyler, the desk clerk did not apologise. My brother had to go to a pharmacy to get the wound dressed.
