Liked: Decent location, decent hotel.
Disliked: Although I had mentioned I was bringing a dog in booking, they never responded about an extra pet charge. They were not aware at check i. We were bringing a dog. I do expect an extra pet cgarge, but this extra Extra pet charge was $75 for one day stay. ( it was a total $75 charge for up to 3 days , so $25/ day for 3 dqy stay).For one day, that is prohibitive, and I would have chosen another option if I had that info ahead of time.Also had a whole in the floor carpet. That is substandard for paying over$200 for a room.

Disliked: The shower drain was rusty, which made it look dirty.

I’m disappointed for the stay...

Liked: I picked the property for the swimming pool, hot tub and free breakfast, also I saw reviews people said they offer free afternoon snack and drink.
Disliked: The room is tiny. Hot tub was not working well. Had to tell front desk to have maintenance fix it multiple times. One front desk person Timmy had attitude when I asked for help on that. He also gave me attitude when I asked him for the free afternoon snack and drink, even when I purchased two beers one day for the happy hour he was quite rude.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: We asked for a roll out bed/cot far in advance. The hotel promised to bring it to the room. When checking in, we reminded the staff to bring the bed/cot in. We walked into the room to find a crib there. We called the front desk and asked for the cot again. It never arrived. We had to sleep in the same bed which was very uncomfortable. The hotel ignored our requests and flat out lied about their ability to deliver the requested bed.

Liked: The bedding is always so comfortable. It was really nice to sit outside on the little patio. The front desk people were very friendly.
Disliked: I did not like listening to the cleaning help talk on their phones so loud that I could hear them in my room. The cleaning staff actually went in my room and grabbed my pocketbook and glasses and chased after me to give them to me. Apparently she thought I was leaving. But spoke no English so I could not understand her, and she could not understand me. And then my digital room key was disabled. The front desk said that they didn't do it, and if I needed another key they could get it for me. So basically I was not thrilled with the cleaning staff.
