Good stay, eat at Twelve...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Coffee cups covers leaked every time though.
Disliked: Your coffee cups lids leaked EVERY time and dribbled coffee on my shirt. You need to fix that. If I was going to a business meeting I'd be pissed.

It was a good night...
Liked: The rooms were nice, the bed was comfy. I like that it had a blackout curtain to make it easier to sleep. The view was nice. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: There is mandatory valet, with a $40 charge. The bathroom had a dirty wash cloth hung over the shower curtain, which mean the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well between guests. There was no exhaust in the bathroom so it steamed up when showering. Paint in bathroom was falling off ceiling because of vent.

Good location, but not environmentally...
Liked: We liked the location and the room. We also thought the valet parking is comfortable even though it is pricey.
Disliked: Breakfast. Lack of plant-based options, the only fruits available were apples. It would have been nice to have other seasonal fruit options. Considering the environmental issues the planet is facing, it is unbelievable that a hotel uses disposable plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast, producing an enormous amount of unnecessary single use trash. It is urgent for the hotel to do its part in protecting the planet and transition to using washable plates, cups, glasses and cutlery.
