Exceptional

Fine except for shuttle

Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: The shuttle took more than 25 minutes to pick me up when I’d been told there would be one every 15 minutes.

Overall good value

Liked: Great breakfast, spacious room, quiet considering the location.
Disliked: Tight parking, we were charged for parking $15, which we weren’t aware of.

Superb

Liked: We arrived very late, around 2:00 am, and it was so convenient having a digital key. It allowed us to go straight to our room as quickly as possible. The room was immaculate!
Disliked: Not a fault of any hotel near PDX, but one still has to wait for the shuttle bus.

Will Stay at Vancouver Hampton...

Liked: The night agent at Front Desk was very friendly, as was Housekeeping
Disliked: The room was very outdated, carpet was wet. The worst part of stay was Parking. Paying customers can't find ac slot to park due to Airport parkers and Sheraton convention parking. As a person with disability, and paying customer ,was extremely upset when I couldn't find a parking space and was told I could park at different person and take shuttle! I had to check out 4 hours early because Bill at front desk said couldn't leave my car at Guest Registration spots.

Great place and very conveniently...

Liked: The location was great and hotel staff very friendly. They put breakfast out for us earlier than usual so we could have something to eat before catching the shuttle out on a very early flight.
Disliked: Just wish the pool was indoors so we could use it in the winter but the fitness center was great.

Clean, comfy, friendly, helpful, and...

Liked: The breakfast had more choices than we usually find at a hotel breakfast. There was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, muffins, waffles, toast and jelly, oatmeal, cold cereal (3 choices), coffee, three kinds of fresh fruit juice, hard boiled eggs, blueberry cookies and lemon cookies. I'm probably forgetting something. There three of us and each of us found something they liked. The desk agents were helpful arranging shuttles to and from the airport.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was out of order.
