Our stay was fortunately short...

Liked: It was close enough to Pitt
Disliked: There was nothing close by. The breakfast was terrible - the coffee was undrinkable. All of that would have been OK, but we left two of our jackets behind in the closet and they have “not been found.”

Disliked: we had a confirmed booking for 2 nights and they said they didn't have the booking for one of the nights yet i had the email confirming for 2 nights. They refused to honor the booking leading us to scramble for another place to stay. Nice facilities but they don't honor their commitments.
