Liked: Pierre at the front desk was phenomenal! Breakfast was good. All staff we encountered were kind and friendly. The room was very clean.

Excellent customer service and excellent...

Liked: There's nothing to not like. Free wifi, free breakfast bar, clean rooms, friendly staff, fast maintenance requests, very accommodating, quick to solve problems, excellent customer service, etc.
Disliked: Suggestions to improve: use smaller bottles or move bottles up so it's easier to use hot water in the showers, change position of toilet roll to side instead of reaching back to try to get toilet paper or a small stand in front of the toilet, use more functional drawers instead of decorative drawers for guests which is helpful for organizing in bathroom and room areas, provide a tourist guide for every guest and an informational packet for the hotel especially when new to the Pittsburgh area, provide transportation guide available such as busses and other transportation information that's available in the area, provide recommendations for place to see in the area for attractions and other places to visit.
