My cab was half an hour early then left due to error of the manager on duty. Will not go back. Was late for my show.

Liked: Did get a wake up call on time, but that's all that went right.
Disliked: It was a dirty room; the shower had soap still on it; dusty and was not up to par.

Liked: The breakfast was okay. We went down on the first day about 8:30. Already running low on many things.
Disliked: There was no butter or whipped cream for the waffles. Not much syrup left. We had to ask for more bacon and eggs, as the pans were empty, but she did bring more. Could have been much more efficient.

Disliked: Front desk person seemed to be really annoyed with us. He wasn't friendly maybe it was a language barrier I'm not sure. A little later my daughter went back to ask him a question he was being all chatty and nice to a couple of men that were checking in handing out a welcome bag. she said he again seemed kinda put off when she was there that time too So she came back to the room and asked me if we got a welcome bag I told no we didn't. Not a big deal but she wondered why he wasn't as nice to us. .
