Nice hotel, nice people! Great...

Liked: Location was convenient, food for breakfast was good, rooms were nice!
Disliked: Location had homeless people very close and it was disheartening and uncomfortable

I would stay here again

Liked: Super friendly staff! Simple check in , right across the street from a mini mart if you want snacks or whatever later on, other food places pretty close.
Disliked: Nothing to really complain about. I didn’t have any issues.

Bad

Liked: Everything but the price. It’s not fair that I haven’t received my deposit back with no explanation
Disliked: Why did I not hear from you in a month ? Am I going to have my deposit back?

Poor customer service

Liked: the hotel was centrally located and the breakfast room staff were lovely
Disliked: We had several very small issues which we raised several times that were not addressed, and the room was not cleaned once during our 5 day 4 night stay. ( on the last day they offered to service the room at 4pm after we had returned for the day)

Location worked for my purposes...

Disliked: Line to check-in was ridiculous. Hotel needs a sprucing up.

Worth it.

Liked: Breakfast is good. Hotel rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable.
Disliked: There is only valet parking.
