Pleasant

Liked: Property was central to everything we needed to do. We were travelling without a car so everything was in walking distance except for basketball game which we got an Uber to.
Disliked: They advertised a guest laundry on their website and bookings.com and there is a sign for it in the lobby. As we were travelling for 6 weeks, a guest laundry is something we always look for and base our accommodations on. The guest laundry has been permanently closed and we had to walk 2 kms there and 2kms back to a laundromat.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Extremely convenient to Reading Terminal Market, Convention Center, museums and SEPTA line. Staff was fantastic top to bottom, breakfast was good and available til 10. Room was spotless.
Disliked: Homeless center is nearby. We had no problems at all, but I know some folks might be a little scared by the guys hanging around

Good

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very polite, the security man was very nice too.
Disliked: The room was okay, the tub was dirty, and the drain didn't work well at all. Had to fiddle with the plug to stay open so the water would drain. The bathroom looked to need a good scrubbing.

Totally underwhelmed by everything at...

Liked: The location was very convenient to see all the sights
Disliked: Rooms were not prepared - insufficient towels and not fully clean, the facility stank of marijuana, it was very very noisy with people shouting and screaming till 4 in the morning. the Breakfast was cold and tasted bad
