Overpriced Glamping!

Liked: The renovations were more like major construction. We arrived for a late heck in and there signage wasn’t illuminated, construction fencing all around, no lobby, breakfast tables… we thought we were in the wrong location. To charge full price for this is outrageous. The picture in Booking.com doesn’t reflect the reality. No mention or discount for inconveniences. Staff were amiable an obliging as possible. Deceptive to say the least.

Disliked: The hotel was under renovation and was a mess. One of the elevators didn’t work. There was plastic covering the floors and the breakfast was a grab and go in one of the hotel rooms. I paid 148.00 for this hotel. Totally not worth it.

Disliked: When room was booked online, we weren’t aware of all the renovations going on at the time, until a week prior to room booking, online said nothing about it! Paid more then we would have for this hotel with the not knowing!

I requested a refund, but...

Disliked: I did not stay at your hotel. You changed my reservations and ruined my trip.

Liked: The room was really nice and the staff was really nice
Disliked: I had no idea there was all this construction going on.

A little scary as plastics...

Liked: Under Construction just opened with a few rooms rented out on the 4th floor.
Disliked: Hallway in-front of elevator’s on 4th floor not working no tv, shower plate at bottom was loose and loud when taking a shower.Shower wasn’t clean, glass doors dirty.

Liked: The rooms were very clean. Johnathan was very understanding when we voiced our concerns about how the outside and reception area looked.
Disliked: The building was still under construction and we had reservations as to how the rooms, which were already completed, would be.
