Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Blind in room broken Ready to shower, faucet was not letting me turn water on. No shower at that time. Had to wait for fix. Entry floor filthy. Carpet felt wet. No bathing gel in shower despenser.Male employee at front desk was NOT friendly, blunt. He would be sitting at back wall at service area not getting up to help customers. My husband tried asking for info from him. I refused to converse with him.

Staff and View great. Room...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Lots of choicesStaff was super nice.
Disliked: The carpet was dirty. Asked that it be vacuumed the first night in the room. Back of the curtains were mildewed. Balcony furniture was nasty. Water damage on the bathroom door, cracks in the ceiling, water damage on counter where the tv sits, balcony door dirty, balcony door rusty. Rooms definitely need some care. The view of the beach was great but this was not worth the $1200 for 3 nights that we paid.

Liked: Included breakfast and location
Disliked: Price of room was extremely high and we didn’t even get ocean/gulf view. $450 a night is just robbery!

Disliked: The shower curtain was cut a little too short for the tub, and the amenities for the shower such as the shampoo, body wash work empty, and there were dirty rags left on top of the shower bar
