Appalling.

Disliked: There was no one at the desk when we arrived. Then we were a room that already had a person in it. This morning we witnessed a manager or assistant manager addressing a staff member down in the breakfast area in public. This was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed .

Liked: Serving staff at breakfast...thr only person I have met looking after the dining area that cleaned the chair backs as well as the tables. Thank you Justin ! This man should br be teaching cleanliness! What a positive addition to your hotel.

Liked: The place was great staffing issues caused problems
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and I had to wait for a hour to finally get changed to a room that was ready. Breakfast time there was nothing available due to staffing issues. Once it was covered the food was good. I was charged more than I was quoted for on your site. And the first person didn't check me in properly do after all that had to do it again.
