Good place to stay

Liked: Nice location. Easy access. Friendly staff. Decorated nicely and looked well maintained. Comfortable and welcoming. Free cookies and water.
Disliked: Our room had tiny ants, which wasn't a huge problem. I've had trouble with ants at my house this year, so it's understandable.

Comfy with breakfast.

Liked: Location was great and Emma was friendly and sweet. Breakfast was exactly like all other Hamptons. Comfy beds as expected.
Disliked: First given a room that hadn’t been cleaned so Emma reissued another room. I travel alot and stay in lots of Hamptons. This has NEVER happened before.The 2nd room smelled like it had been smoked in, but aside from that it was clean so we decided not to make a big deal out of it because we were tired. Human error is no biggie but this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, I believe.
