Liked: The house keeping staff was nice an pleasant
Disliked: The light fixture above the sink did work. I messaged Stephanie that was not working after I got to my room after check in. Stephanie messaged back that she would let maintenance know to have it fixed. It was not fixed during my stay.

Disliked: Loud stomping neighbor right above us on the 4th floor...Up at 3:00 am & alot of dropping or stomping up there over our head ..reported it to main desk..

Overall, our stay was average...
Liked: Breakfast was okay...standard items were offered..nothing unique in what was available.
Disliked: My wife and I had to change from our original room due to TV wasn't working and there were some water stains on the ceiling and wall areas....not really sure what was going on.

Disliked: The hotel switched our reservation from a king room to a two queen said there was nothing they could do about it that it just automatically happens in the system. Also, when we got to our room, there was no thermostat that was working so there was no AC we were also told there was nothing they could do about it so we had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel and pay for another room. I spoke with the hotel manager the following day and they said that they were going to refund us the amount we were charged by booking.com but that we needed to contact booking.com so that you guys could get in contact with the hotel to coordinate the refund , could you please do that for us?

Pleasant
Disliked: The toilet broke in our room. we had to be moved to another room with smaller beds ,wasn't happy at all the down grade in room should be some of a discount !
