It was better than expected...

Liked: I thought the breakfast provided a variety of choices. The room linens and bathroom were clean, and the linens and bath towels were clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The staff was kind and courteous. The hotel had a health rating of 91, I believe and the kitchen area had one of 95 or 96, which were a huge plus for me.
Disliked: There were some marks on the wall, marks on the mirror frame, the curtain wouldn't close, the sink stopper would not come up, so the water would pool and then, drain out slowly.

Liked: It was not far from the funeral service we was attending from out of town
Disliked: We arrived at 1 pm after being on the road all day the funeral service was at 2 pm and we was not allowed to check in to our rooms and we was not allowed to know the floor it was on or room number . The family members I was traveling with they lost her reservation and we had to book another room . We had to change in the lobby bathrooms we arrived back and got checked in my family member came later at 9 pm after staying back with family she had not seen in a long time she is also 92 years old when they got back and hot to her room it was not cleaned and had wet towels on the bathroom floor and the beds was not made . It was bad . . They did jump in and get the room ready asap but then later when we went to check out we found out they had charge a no show on her for the room that they could not find from them loosing her reservation the first time they did get it corrected but it all was not a pleasant ordeal from start to finish.

Disliked: The air conditioner did not cool he room . It stayed at 80’degrees all night . I told the front desk at checkout and he didn’t even acknowledge what I said . He did not care
